The Tektronix CFG253 is a benchtop function generator with a frequency range from 1.0 Hz to 3 MHz, supporting sine, square, and triangle waveforms. It features one output channel with a 50 Ohm impedance, 0–20 V output, and a 5% frequency accuracy. Sweep functions include internal, external, and linear modes, with full control over duty cycle, DC offset, amplitude, sweep rate, and width.
Ideal for signal testing in amplifiers, filters, and digital circuits, the CFG253 supports both TTL signals and user-defined sweep operations. The interface is proprietary and adaptable to lab environments.
