The Tektronix CSA7404 Communications Signal Analyzer offers 4 analog channels with a 4 GHz bandwidth, 100 ps typical rise time, and 8-bit vertical resolution, expandable to over 11 bits with averaging. It supports input sensitivity from 2 mV/div to 1 V/div and an input impedance of 50 Ohm.
This analyzer handles a max input voltage of <1 VRMS for <100 mV/div and <5 VRMS for ≥100 mV/div, with optical channel bandwidth of 2.4 GHz and input range of 10 uW/div to 500 uW/div.
