The Tektronix DMM4040 is a 6½-digit, dual-display multimeter engineered for precise bench-top, field, and system applications. It features a wide-viewing-angle display, dual parameter readout, and high-resolution true RMS AC measurements. It supports 2- and 4-wire resistance, frequency to 1 MHz, 10 A current, decibels, and extended resistance ranges. Remote operation is possible via IEEE 488, RS-232, and Ethernet. Front and rear input terminals, USB port, and closed-case calibration enhance functionality and ease of use.
Its half-rack width and carrying handle make it highly portable, while features like trigger in, measurement-complete out, and dual displays suit complex measurement environments and automated systems.
