The Tektronix DTG5274 is a high-performance Modular Data Timing Generator designed for digital system validation and timing analysis. It delivers NRZ signals up to 2.7 Gb/s (expandable to 3.35 Gb/s) and supports up to 96 synchronized channels through a modular 4-slot architecture. It features precise delay resolution of 0.2 ps, configurable RZ/R1/pulse modes, and integrated jitter generation for exact digital stimulus control.
Ideal for stress testing, interface validation, and timing pattern generation, the DTG5274 offers traceable scan-chain timing and glitch insertion capabilities.
