The Tektronix FG504 Function Generator features a frequency range of 0.001 Hz to 40 MHz, amplitude and frequency modulation, and linear/log sweep. In addition the Tek FG504 offers variable rise and fall time, variable symmetry, phase lock mode, and external triggering and gating with variable phase control. Output levels up to 30 Vp-p and a 10 dB/step 50 dB attenuator help supply most every signal level you'll need. The FG504 requires 2 compartment slots in a TM 500 Series mainframe.
