The Tektronix MDO4000 is the world’s first oscilloscope integrating logic, spectrum, and protocol analyzers. It features 4 analog channels, 16 digital channels, and a spectrum analyzer with 9 kHz–3 GHz or 6 GHz range, all synchronized for mixed-domain visibility.
