The Tektronix MSO4000B Mixed Signal Oscilloscope features 2 or 4 analog and 16 digital channels, up to 1 GHz bandwidth and 5 GS/s sample rate. It enables fast, synchronized analysis across analog, digital, and serial buses.
Includes Wave Inspector®, automated measurements, protocol decoding, and MagniVu™ timing for high-resolution signal debugging, all within a compact 5.8” deep unit.
