The Tektronix MSO5034 Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope combines a 350MHz bandwidth with 4 input channels and advanced debugging tools, enabling detailed analysis of up to 20 analog and digital signals. It features Wave Inspector® controls, 53 automated measurements, FFT, histograms, and a FastAcq™ capture rate >250,000 wfms/s. An 8-bit vertical resolution (expandable to >11 bits) and 1 ns rise time enhance signal clarity for high-speed, mixed-signal applications.
This scope includes USB, LAN, and video out connectivity, a 10.4” touch display, and removable HDD. With optional serial decoding, vehicle bus monitoring, and technology-specific analysis tools, it supports I2C, SPI, CAN, LIN, and more.
