The Tektronix P5102 is a high-voltage passive probe designed for use with THS700 Series oscilloscopes. It features a 10X attenuation ratio, supports measurements up to 1000 V RMS, and operates at bandwidths up to 100 MHz. With a floating common, 3.5 ns rise time, and a 2-meter nominal length, it ensures high precision in high-voltage applications.
This probe is ideal for power supply and high-voltage device diagnostics, with a range of accessories including tip extenders and color markers for ease of use. Operating temperature spans -15 to +55 °C.
