The Tektronix P5200A is a high-voltage active differential probe with a BNC interface, designed for floating signal measurements. With switchable attenuation (50X/500X), 50 MHz bandwidth, and ±1300 V differential range, it safely converts floating signals to ground-referenced outputs compatible with standard oscilloscopes.
