The Tektronix P5205 is a 100 MHz active differential probe designed to safely measure signals up to ±1300 V in floating circuits. It supports 50X/500X attenuation and is powered via the TekProbe® interface, ideal for motor drives and power converters.
With 4 MΩ input resistance, 7 pF capacitance, and high CMRR (80 dB @ 60 Hz), the P5205 ensures precise signal fidelity in high-voltage applications.
