The Tektronix P6010 is a 10× passive voltage probe offering 150 MHz bandwidth and ≤2 ns rise time for high-speed signal capture. It provides 10 MΩ input impedance and low capacitance (under 10‑14.5 pF), rated for 500 V DC + peak AC. Its compact design fits dense circuits perfectly.
Equipped with interchangeable cable lengths (3.5 ft/6 ft/9 ft) and adjustable compensation, the P6010 ensures flexible use with wide-band oscilloscopes.
