The Tektronix P6015 is a high-voltage oscilloscope probe offering 1000x attenuation with a frequency range of DC to 75 MHz. It is compatible with scopes having 1 MΩ input resistance paralleled by 12–60 pF. It handles up to 13 kV (without dielectric fluid) and improves dielectric performance when filled with fluorocarbon gas.
Designed with high-impact thermoplastic for safety, it includes a 10-foot cable with a resistive center conductor and a compensating box. Calibration should be done between 20–30°C.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
