The Tektronix P6021 Current Probe delivers precise AC current measurements from 120 Hz to 60 MHz with a peak current capacity of 15 A. It features shielded, non-grounded probe heads and a split-core design, compatible with 1 MΩ inputs and passive terminations switchable between 2 mA/mV and 10 mA/mV.
Ideal for motor drives, inverters, and power supply testing, the P6021 enables non-intrusive current measurement by clipping directly onto conductors without circuit disruption.
