The Tektronix P6139 is a high-bandwidth 10× passive probe engineered for precision signal capture within compact electronic assemblies. Offering a 500 MHz bandwidth and 10 MΩ input impedance with ~8 pF capacitance, it ensures minimal loading on circuits and high-fidelity measurement.
It supports a 300 V CAT II rating for enhanced safety and features a sharp, compact tip with interchangeable cartridges. The integrated TekProbe interface allows seamless auto-scaling with compatible Tektronix oscilloscopes.
