The Tektronix P6202 FET Probe operates from DC to 500 MHz with a high input impedance, offering 2 pF input capacitance and 10 MΩ resistance. It includes a 2-meter cable, built-in power supply, and supports AC/DC coupling with ±200 V variable DC offset.
It provides selectable 10X and optional 100X attenuation and is suitable for use with 50 Ω or 1 MΩ input termination, ensuring adaptability for various signal analysis applications.
