The Tektronix P6240 is an 800 MHz FET active probe designed for high-speed signal probing. It offers 20x attenuation and supports the TLS216 Logic Scope. Included components enhance versatility: adapters (One-to-Two, Y Lead), IC Grabbers, SMT KlipChip™ adapters, a 50 to 75 Ω converter, probe tip and cable loom, and ground leads, enabling precise measurements in a variety of setups.
