The Tektronix P6241 offers a 4 GHz bandwidth and <120 ps rise time, making it ideal for high-speed digital testing. Its <0.5 pF input capacitance ensures minimal signal distortion, while the 8 Vp-p dynamic range supports signals with large voltage swings. The compact probe head allows direct access to SMDs and supports a TEKPROBE II BNC interface.
Perfect for use with TDS/CSA7000, 6000, 700, and 600 Series oscilloscopes, the P6241 is also compatible via the Tektronix 1103 Power Supply. It supports applications like jitter analysis, component characterization, and high-speed digital design.
