The Tektronix P6246 Differential Probe offers 400 MHz bandwidth with <1 pF differential input capacitance and >60 dB CMRR. It connects to TEKPROBE® BNC interfaces and supports probing of high-speed signals in oscilloscopes and analyzers. The small probe head allows accurate probing of SMDs.
