The Tektronix P6248 Differential Probe provides up to 1.85 GHz bandwidth in 10X mode and 1.5 GHz guaranteed in 1X mode, with <1 pF input capacitance and >60 dB CMRR. It connects via TEKPROBE® BNC interface and includes standard 0.025 in. connectors for versatile test setups.
Ideal for use with oscilloscopes, spectrum and network analyzers, it supports applications in high-speed communications, disk drive design, and semiconductor testing.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
