The Tektronix P7380 differential probe delivers high signal fidelity with >12.5 GHz bandwidth (typical) and Zmin >200 Ω up to 10 GHz. It offers low probe loading, 100 kΩ differential DC resistance, and 50 kΩ single-ended input resistance for accurate high-speed measurements.
Ideal for >8 GHz handheld probing, it supports soldered, fixtured, and Tip-Clip™ based flexible connections for a wide range of test applications.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
