The Tektronix P7513 TriMode Differential Probe delivers superior signal fidelity with high bandwidth and minimal DUT loading, thanks to its innovative differential architecture based on IBM SiGe technology. It enables seamless switching between differential, single-ended, and common-mode measurements without disconnecting the probe. Long Reach Solder Tips (P75TLRST) provide flexible access for board-to-board signal testing and are easily replaceable.
