The Tektronix P7633 TriMode Probe delivers an industry-leading 33 GHz bandwidth at the probe tip and ultra-low system noise for accurate low-amplitude signal measurements. Featuring a remote head design, it minimizes signal loss by placing the amplifier close to the DUT. It supports TriMode operation with differential, single-ended, and common-mode measurements, and includes auto-sensing DSP filters via probe-specific S-parameters.
Compatible with P7500 Series tips and TekConnect® interface, the P7633 simplifies probing with one setup for three measurements and supports high-speed standards like PCIe, HDMI, and MIPI M-PHY.
