The Tektronix P76CA-SMP TriMode adapter provides 33 GHz bandwidth and ultra-low system noise for high-sensitivity signal testing with MSO/DPO70000DX and DPO/DSA70000D Series oscilloscopes. It supports differential, single-ended, and common-mode measurements through a remote head design and TekConnect® interface, enhancing probing efficiency and accuracy.
Compatible with SMP and 2.92 mm coaxial adapters, and P7500 Series solder-in tips, the adapter ensures signal fidelity using probe-specific S-parameters and auto DSP correction filters for standards like HDMI, PCIe, and MIPI M-PHY.
