The Tektronix P76TA adapter supports 33 GHz bandwidth and integrates with P7600 Series TriMode probes and MSO/DPO70000DX & DPO/DSA70000D oscilloscopes for low-noise, high-precision signal analysis. It enables TriMode measurement—differential, single-ended, and common mode—with a remote head design and TekConnect® interface for enhanced accessibility and usability.
Designed for advanced signal fidelity, P76TA accommodates 2.92 mm and SMP coaxial adapters, and is compatible with P7500 Series TriMode solder-in tips with automatic DSP filter application.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
