The Tektronix P8018 Handheld TDR Probe is a single-ended passive probe with >20 GHz bandwidth, 50 Ω input impedance, and a precision 20 GHz SMA cable, ideal for TDR circuit board impedance analysis and high-speed signal diagnostics. It includes a 1.0 ns propagation delay and operates with 1X attenuation and a 1.8 mm probe pitch for enhanced precision.
Specifically designed to work with the 80A02 EOS/ESD Protection Module, the P8018 features a unique pressure-sensitive tip and control circuit that protects sampling modules from electro-overstress and static discharge during signal acquisition.
