The Tektronix RSA6114B Real-Time Spectrum Analyzer offers 9 kHz to 14 GHz frequency range, -151 dBm/Hz DANL at 2 GHz, and real-time DPX® display for detecting transients down to 3.7 µs. It supports up to 7.15 s acquisitions at 110 MHz bandwidth stored as MATLAB™ files.
It provides spectrum, vector, and modulation analysis, with time-correlated multi-domain triggering and capture capabilities for high-precision signal diagnostics and troubleshooting.
