TEKTRONIX  RSA7100B Real Time Signal Analyzer

The Tektronix RSA7100B  Real Time Signal Analyzer is a powerful tool for engineers and technicians working on the latest wideband designs in communications, radar, and electronic warfare. With its real-time spectrum analysis capability and 320 MHz bandwidth (standard), the RSA7100B offers comprehensive analysis and signal recording functionalities.  It also  separates RF acquisitions from the compute engine, allowing for real-time processing without the need for FPGA designs. This makes it an ideal workstation for simulations and designs, empowering users to harness its processing power for their own projects.

The RSA7100B Real Time Signal Analyzer comes with two software packages: SignalVu-PC for real-time spectrum and vector signal analysis, and DataVu-PC for analyzing large file sets produced during wideband signal recording. SignalVu-PC offers deep analysis capabilities, while DataVu-PC provides color-graded spectrums, spectrograms, and amplitude vs. time views of unlimited-length files, along with search-and-mark testing for quick identification of signals of interest. DataVu-PC enables users to quickly identify and analyze signals of interest,  it offers amplitude-qualified searches and can mark up to 2,000,000 events found. Users can replay selected sections for a detailed review of signals and export specific areas to SignalVu-PC for further analysis, Pulse analysis functionality is also available within DataVu-PC. Overall, the Tektronix RSA7100B is a high-performance spectrum analyzer designed to meet the demands of engineers and technicians working with wideband systems, providing a comprehensive solution for signal analysis, recording, and evaluation.
