The Tektronix SD-24 is a dual-channel TDR/Sampling Head designed for use with CSA803C and 11801C Sampling Oscilloscopes, offering exceptional signal fidelity with a 20 GHz bandwidth and 17.5 ps rise time. Its two channels enable differential and common-mode testing with selectable step polarity and 35 ps reflected rise time. The SD-24’s architecture supports fast-rise signal generation and advanced system characterization.
Ideal for TDR applications and crosstalk analysis, the SD-24 uses step signals to evaluate transmission lines. Integration with filter functions of compatible oscilloscopes allows for system profiling at various speeds.
