The Tektronix SD26 is a dual-channel 20 GHz sampling head with a rise time of 17.5 ps, designed for use in Tektronix 11800 Series, SM-11, and CSA 803 analyzers. It features a 50 Ohm ±0.5 Ohm input impedance, ±3 V max safe input voltage, and sample rates from 100 Hz to 200 kHz. Typical displayed noise ranges from 750 µV to 1.2 mV, depending on dot response and smoothing settings.
Ideal for precision waveform capture and signal analysis up to 1.6 Vp-p, it maintains signal fidelity with low aberrations across various time intervals and ensures accurate measurements through dot transient calibration.
