The Tektronix SD48 is a precision optical analyzer offering 950 to 1650 nm wavelength range and 30 GHz bandwidth. It features 15 ps impulse response, 15 mV/mW conversion gain, and 15 pW/Hz noise equivalent for accurate high-speed optical signal analysis.
It supports peak power up to 100 mW, with 50 Ω output impedance and 30 dB optical return loss, making it ideal for SONET/SDH, optical device characterization, and pulse shape analysis.
