It supports superior signal fidelity and fast configuration with a TekConnect interface and includes the P6139A 500 MHz 10x passive probe.
Ideal for power supply voltage, current, and high-voltage measurements, it enables high-speed oscilloscopes to maintain performance by switching between 50 Ω and 1 MΩ paths without signal degradation.
