The Tektronix TDS3052 is a high-performance 500 MHz, 2-channel digital oscilloscope with sample rates up to 5 GS/s. It features a full VGA color LCD, 21 automatic measurements, 9-bit vertical resolution, and advanced trigger options. Integrated modules support RS-232, GPIB, LAN, and VGA communications for flexible connectivity. It also includes FFT for harmonic analysis and supports a variety of active, differential, and current probes with automatic scaling.
