The Tektronix TDS3LIM is a limit testing module for the TDS3000 Series oscilloscopes, enabling users to apply pass/fail criteria to waveforms. It supports advanced signal validation across bandwidth models of 100 MHz, 300 MHz, and 500 MHz with 2 or 4 analog channels and real-time sampling up to 5 GS/s.
