The Tektronix TDS3AAM is an Advanced Analysis Module for TDS3000C Series oscilloscopes. It enhances math functionality with arbitrary math expressions, waveform area/cycle area calculations, measurement statistics, and XY waveform cursors for detailed signal analysis.
Ideal for high-precision waveform evaluation, the module enables DPO math operations, supports up to two user-defined variables, and provides min/max or mean/standard deviation statistics for automated measurements.
