The Tektronix TDS520A Digital Oscilloscope features 500 MHz bandwidth, 2 channels, and a 500 MS/s sample rate, making it ideal for detailed waveform analysis. It offers a 15 kpts record length per channel, 1% vertical accuracy, and up to 12-bit resolution in Hi-Res mode. Advanced triggers include glitch, runt, state, and pattern.
