The Tektronix TDS 540C is a four-channel digitizing oscilloscope offering 2 GS/s sampling, 1 GHz bandwidth, and InstaVu acquisition for over 400,000 waveforms/sec. It features 1% vertical accuracy, 8-bit resolution (expandable to 13 bits), advanced triggering, FFT analysis, and 29 auto measurements.
