The Tektronix TDS700D Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope offers 500 MHz to 2 GHz bandwidth, 4 GS/s sampling rates, and up to 200,000 wfs/s waveform capture for high-fidelity signal analysis.
It supports 8M point record lengths, Hi-Res vertical mode, ±1% accuracy, and includes advanced triggers, jitter tools, and mask testing.
