The Tektronix TDS794D is a 4-channel digital oscilloscope with 2 GHz bandwidth and 4 GS/s sampling rate, offering 1 ns peak detect, 50k record length, and 1 mV/div sensitivity. It supports FastFrame timestamping, histogram analysis, advanced math, and GPIB programmability.
Ideal for signal analysis with up to 200,000 waveforms/sec, advanced triggering, and SONET/SDH/Fibre Channel compatibility. Note: probes are sold separately.
