The Tektronix TDS820 offers 6 GHz or 8 GHz bandwidth (Option 1D), with rise times of 58 ps or 44 ps and an ultra-low jitter of just 3 ps RMS. It features a 20 ps/div to 2 ms/div time base, 14-bit resolution, and a record length ranging from 500 to 15,000 points. The deflection range is 2 mV/div to 200 mV/div, or 1 mV/div to 100 mV/div with Option 1D. A 50 Ω input impedance ensures accurate signal acquisition, supported by GPIB, RS-232, and Centronics interfaces.
