The Tektronix THS730A is a rugged, battery-powered oscilloscope/DMM featuring a 200/100 MHz bandwidth, 1 GS/s and 500 MS/s sampling rates per channel, and dual digitizers. It includes a high-resolution backlit display, True RMS DMM, external trigger, and advanced triggering capabilities such as delay, pulse width, and video. With isolated, floating scope and DMM channels supporting up to 600 VRMS, it’s ideal for complex, high-voltage environments.
Simultaneous operation of scope and meter modes allows independent analysis of different signals. Features include datalogging, waveform storage, 21 auto measurements, and RS-232 communications.
