The Tektronix TLA7016 Benchtop Mainframe supports up to 6,528 logic analyzer channels and 48 independent buses through 6 modular slots, offering exceptional expandability and measurement capabilities. Built on a Microsoft Windows XP Professional PC platform, it provides seamless integration with TLA modules and remote access via .NET and COM/DCOM technologies. It also supports iView™ with up to 15 GHz, 40 GS/s analog acquisition using Tektronix TDS oscilloscopes.
It enables precise digital analysis, waveform viewing, and performance histograms, suitable for high channel count and complex bus applications. Compatible with both logic analyzers and pattern generators.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
