It supports up to 200 MHz state acquisition, simultaneous state and high-speed timing analysis, and features 64-channel pattern generation at up to 268 MHz.
Ideal for digital verification and debugging, it integrates waveform search, a 4-channel 1 GHz oscilloscope, and supports up to 16 modules for large applications.
