The Tektronix TLA7M2 is a 68-channel logic analyzer module that offers deep channel memory, 100–200 MHz state speed upgrades, and multi-channel capabilities within the TLA700 series. It features MagnaView technology and supports simultaneous state and high-speed timing analysis with integration across oscilloscope and pattern generator modules.
Ideal for hardware and embedded software verification, the TLA7M2 supports I²C including Fast Mode and 10-bit addressing extensions, compatible with systems on 68+ channels using TLA700 mainframes.
