The Tektronix TLP058 FlexChannel® logic probe offers 8 digital input channels with high fidelity, compatible with 5 and 6 Series MSOs including MSO54, MSO56, MSO58, and MSO64. It supports 100kΩ ±1% input resistance, 3pF input capacitance, ±40V threshold, and 6.25GS/s sample rate, ideal for high-speed digital signal testing.
Perfect for connecting to digital buses and signals on DUTs, the TLP058 is optimized for 1ns minimum pulse width detection and operates reliably across a 0°C to +50°C temperature range.
