The Tektronix TPA-N-VPI Adapter is designed to convert an N connector to a TekVPI interface, supporting a bandwidth of 6 GHz with attenuation ≤ 0.5 dB and VSWR ≤ 1.3:1. It enables seamless signal acquisition using 50-ohm active TekVPI probes on RF input devices like MDO/MSO/DPO Series oscilloscopes, delivering consistent, high-fidelity results even in sensitive applications.
This adapter facilitates true signal "browsing" on RF inputs and is compatible with probes using BNC, TekProbe, and TekVPI outputs.
