The Teledyne LeCroy D600 is a high-performance WaveLink differential probe offering up to 7.5 GHz bandwidth and <70 ps rise-time accuracy. It supports ±4.8 Vp-p differential input, features NiTiNOL thumbwheel-adjusted tips for precision, and ensures high CMRR across the frequency spectrum.
With 4 kΩ input resistance, minimal capacitive loading, and ProBus oscilloscope integration, it is ideal for demanding high-speed applications such as eye-pattern analysis and DDR signal verification.
