The Teledyne LeCroy ZD1000 is an active differential oscilloscope probe with a 1 GHz bandwidth and 10:1 attenuation, featuring only 1 pF input capacitance and a high 1 MΩ input impedance. It supports ±18 Vp-p differential input and ±8 V offset, ensuring minimal signal loading and superior accuracy.
With its low-noise architecture and excellent common-mode rejection, this probe is ideal for precise differential measurements. Full ProBus integration enables seamless operation with MAUI oscilloscopes without external power.
