The Teledyne LeCroy ZD1500 active differential probe offers a 1.5 GHz bandwidth (typical up to 1.7 GHz) with ultra-low loading, ~1 pF input capacitance, and 1 MΩ differential impedance. Supporting ±8 V differential and ±10 V common-mode range, it delivers ~1.75 mVrms noise floor and ~60 dB CMRR at 50/60 Hz for precision measurements.
