The Teledyne LeCroy ZD500 is a mid-range active probe with 500 MHz bandwidth, ~1 pF input capacitance, and 1 MΩ input resistance, enabling high-fidelity output with low circuit loading. It supports a ±8 V dynamic range and connects via ProBus interface for full oscilloscope control.
